eVisa Egypt – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At eVisa Egypt, we are dedicated to providing reliable and transparent visa assistance services. Please note that we are an independent visa support provider and not affiliated with the Egyptian government, embassy, or consulate. Our fees may include both the official government visa fee and a processing service charge for document handling, application support, and customer service.

By submitting an application through our platform, you agree to allow us to begin processing your request according to the timelines outlined on our website.

Eligibility for Refund

We understand that travel plans may change. Our refund policy has been designed to be fair and transparent:

✅ Full Refund Eligibility

  • If you cancel your application within 2 hours of payment, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

✅ Partial Refund Eligibility

  • If you cancel after 2 hours, but before we begin processing, a $25 administrative fee per applicant will be deducted from your refund.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

  • Rush and Super Rush applications are not eligible for cancellation, as processing begins immediately.

  • Once your application has been processed or submitted to Egyptian authorities, it becomes non-refundable.

  • If you have pending documents and do not submit them or fail to send a cancellation request.

  • If you do not submit a formal refund request through the proper email channel.

Visa Rejection – Processing Fee Refund

At eVisa Egypt, we aim to support you through your visa journey. If your visa is denied, we may refund our processing service fee (government fees are non-refundable), provided the following conditions are met:

✅ Refunds Apply If:

  • The application is denied due to processing errors, system delays, or administrative reasons beyond your control.

  • You submitted complete and accurate documentation as per the requirements listed on our website.

❌ Refunds Do Not Apply If:

  • Your visa was rejected due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

  • The rejection was based on your personal history such as:

    • Prior visa violations

    • Overstays

    • Criminal records

    • Ineligibility based on immigration laws

🚫 Excluded Visa Types

Some visa categories are not eligible for processing fee refunds under any circumstance, including:

  • Australia Subclass 600

  • Tanzania Business Visa

  • New Zealand Regular Visa

  • Sticker-type visas

  • Any other exclusions listed in our detailed policy

Processing Timelines & Travel Deadlines

The processing timelines for your visa application are clearly displayed on our website. We cannot cancel an application if your travel date is sooner than the timeline provided, as processing begins once your application is submitted and fees are paid.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, email us at:

Include the following details:

  • Your full name (as shown in passport)

  • Your transaction ID

  • The email used during your application

  • A clear reason for the refund request

⏱ Refund Process:

  • Your request will be reviewed within 72 hours.

  • If approved, a $35 processing/cancellation charge per applicant will be applied.

  • Refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method used. Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.

Duplicate Payment or Overcharge

If you are charged more than once or believe an error occurred during payment, we will process a full refund of the excess amount upon verification. Please report such issues immediately.

Dispute & Chargeback Policy

We encourage all users to contact us before initiating a chargeback through their bank. The following terms apply:

  • A chargeback will only be considered valid if a refund request was first submitted via email to billing@evisas-egypt.com.

  • In case of a chargeback, services may be paused while we investigate the issue.

  • We reserve the right to share relevant application and communication records with payment processors to resolve disputes.
